Custom Stickers on transparent backings?

I was wondering if there is anyone (company/person etc.) who does a custom sticker service, where by images could be printed onto transparent backings for applying to models?

Specifically I am starting a MOC on some Jurassic Park models and the details on the vehicles is pretty specific and I do not want to go down the paint route for the hoods and sides of the trucks?
