Did Blacktron II Scout Patrol Ship (1887) ever got released by its own?

Hey,

Anyone know if the Blacktron II Scout Patrol Ship (1887) ever got released by its own or if it only came within the 1891 value pack? The value pack apparently had all the manuals combined in one booklet..
