I was going through my emails for the day and came across an email from TRU. The email stated that they were sorry that due to overwhelming volume they were not able to fulfill part of my order hence part of the order was canceled. As an added response they sent me a promo code for $10 off my next order. What is funny about this email is that they provided the order number which had the cancelled item(s) and so I decided to find out what they were talking about seeing as my most recent order numbers did not match up with the one they provided. after searching for the order number under my account I found the matching number which was from over 1 year ago. November 11th to be exact. How weird is this. Anyone else get this email?
