Need help identifying this ...

Hi there ... thanks to anyone who can help :)

I recently got this Bionicle from a neighbor, but I can't figure out which one it is :/ I'm thinking it's a combination of Axxon (b/c of the weapon) and another figure, but I just can't place it. Does anyone know which one this is ? I don't think this is a Hero Factory, but I could be wrong.
