Lego Iron man 3 film posters and suit query

Saw this and thought they looked pretty cool, especially the one with all the suits in the armour room which includes the American flag suit.

Does anybody know anything about this suit?, is it coming out or is it going to be a comic con exclusive meaning I need to start saving.
