I just got a Bricklink order for a large $240 set from someone in the US (as am I). They have zero feedback and it is a new account. If I put on insurance and signature confirmation and if it is a paypal verified address, am I covered against fraud? Everyone has to place a first order sometime but this is a big set to be scammed out of. (As in "Hey Paypal, they sent me a large paperweight, refund all my money back" regardless of insurance and signature confirmation). Advice?
