Greetings. I'm getting excited about building @Perijove's Mars Rover, but I'd like to add some detail to the small patch of terrain the model comes with.
I remember seeing an in-depth tutorial of how to build a medieval house/pub, and hoping it had some details of the ground, but I can't locate it again.
Does anyone know of some good tutorials or even good-resolution photos of sandy/rocky terrain I could use for inspiration? For reference, I have a 16x16 section of ground + another ~10x16 section which will attach to the first. So not a huge amount of space.
